Sleep Insomnia is a life long disaster

Sleep Insomnia is a sleeping disorder that basically means when your tired you go past being tired and then cant sleep at all. I've been the maximum of 48 hours without sleep before because of my Sleep Insomnia and I'm telling you now its annoying and unforgiving at times with the constant feeling of fatige and unwellness its mostly makes you feel sick and coffee adicted, This is what got me addicted to Double Espresso most mornings because it works at keeping me awake.

Im sitting here now after 2-3 hours sleep and I feel knackered but its just a bad night for me as every so often you will have a similar occurance yourselves and anything you do may seem like nothing is doing the trick.

I tend to drink 'Twinings' Herbal Tea with 2 teaspoons of honey in it and it seems to help with feeling relaxed and lethargic which helps when you want to get to sleep
